Sheila Muniz helped us find the perfect home. We were extremely challenged in finding a home in this very busy market but she went above and beyond to help us. We ran into road blocks along the way (the wife and I) but Sheila was there to provide the perfect solutions to our problems and didn't bat an eye. We even had to close on the house, in my hospital room due to an emergency operation I had to have and there was no other way to close, unless we postponed it. What did we do? Called Sheila, who arranged for a mobile notary to come to the hospital in less than an hour! What better service can you get!?!? We were able to close on time and get moved in the following weekend. We couldn't have done it without Sheila and you will find no better Agent, than Sheila Muniz. We definitely would use her again!

Sheila was able to negotiate 4k off the price of the house. Knowing the market she knew it would not appraise at the asking price. When all was said and done, we ended up 200.00 under the appraised value. Can you get any better than that? I wanted an home inspection by a professional and she hooked me up. Really studied and knew the area and properties to suggest. After searching and her driving all the way here when asked, she helped us decide on this house. She lives in the Orlando area and we are about one hour away. She had everything covered in regard to detail. So we closed on time. She breezed through and explained the contracts no problem. Escrow and deposit was no problem.
